Built by a litigator,
for litigators.
Handled. was built by a practicing commercial litigator, out of the day-to-day work of running an active caseload: matters opening and closing, deadlines moving, parties and counsel changing, and appearances landing on the calendar with little notice.
Most case management software is built for every kind of lawyer, which means it ends up built for none. It asks you to configure fields you do not need, learn a workflow that does not match how litigation actually moves, or pay for modules meant for transactional practices, family law, or in-house teams. Handled. takes the opposite approach. It maps directly to how a litigation matter moves, from intake through resolution: statuses, key dates, parties with counsel, appearances, negotiations. Nothing you do not need. Nothing you would have to configure around.
Handled. also treats your case information as something you control, not something a vendor collects. On Free and Solo, your case information stays on your own computer. On Pro, a protected copy is created only so that you and one authorized assistant or paralegal can work from the same current information. Handled. cannot open or read your case files.
It is built for solo and small-firm civil litigators: attorneys running their own caseload day to day, often without a large support staff, who need one place that holds the whole shape of each case instead of sticky notes, spreadsheets, and memory.
Handled. is in its final stretch before opening sign-ups. Joining the waitlist puts you first in line, including a founding rate for the first 200 attorneys once sign-ups open. Questions about how it works are answered on the FAQ page.
